ABOUT KELO-COAT UV GEL FOR SCARS
Kelo-Cote UV Gel for Scars SPF 30 6g is a patented gel with silicon recommended in prevention or to treat abnormal scars in the form of hypertrophic scars and keloids. containing SPF 30.
Kelo-Cote UV is specially built with SPF 30 sunscreen to suit the Australian outdoor-loving lifestyle.
Transparent and without odour, it is rapid to dry and suitable for all skin types.
HOW TO USE
1. For new scars start treatment as soon as wound is closed or stitches removed. Ensure that the affected area is clean and dry.
2. Apply a very thin layer of KELO‐COTE® onto the scar twice a day, do not rub in.
3. Self-dries within 5 minutes* forming a flexible, waterproof, transparent layer - remove any excess product if it does not dry completely. Once dry, sunblock and cosmetics can be applied.
4. Recommended minimum treatment time is 60-90 days. If improvement still occurs after 90 days, continued use is recommended.
